Request a commission
After receiving your enquiry form, I may request further detail of your requirements and, if necessary, can arrange to talk directly to ensure we are both 100% happy with the specifications for the project.
At this point, I will generate a quote for you detailing the work to be done and a breakdown of the costs. If this meets with your approval a deposit of 30% of the quoted value will need to be paid along with the costs for any models I will need to acquire for you.
Your quote will be valid for 30 days, after this time if a deposit has not been paid, you will need to request a new quote.
Once a deposit is received, the project will be placed in my queue ready for work to begin and I will order any necessary models and materials
I will notify you once work has begun and then keep you updated through the process with WIP pictures by email.
Once everything is completed, I will send you photos and a short video of the finished miniatures. If everything is to your satisfaction, I will issue the final invoice detailing the final amount to be paid. This outstanding amount is to be paid within 21 days of receiving the final invoice.
After payment has been settled, I will post the miniatures to you and send you proof of postage and any tracking details.
